Cashew Chicken
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. Cashews
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. sliced celery
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 c. chopped green onion
2 T. butter
1 1/2 T. Soy sauce
Hot cooked rice
1. Combine chicken, cashews, mushrooms, celery, soup, green onion, butter and soy sauce in Crock pot slow cooker.
2. Cover; cook on LOW 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 4-6 hours or until done. Serve over rice.
